Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Boardigo, a reservation organiser and reminder service operated by Muhammet İbrahim Özsağlam.

Boardigo is not the booking provider

Boardigo does not issue or sell flights, accommodation, rail, bus, cinema or event reservations. Check-in availability, schedules, cancellations, refunds and provider websites remain the responsibility of the organisation that issued the booking. Always verify time-sensitive details with that provider.

Your account

You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorised use. You are responsible for checking information extracted from documents before relying on it.

Your content

You keep ownership of the documents and reservation information you add. You give Boardigo permission to store, process and display that content only as needed to operate and protect the service. Do not upload another person’s document unless you have authority to do so.

Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful or malicious content, attempt to access another account, bypass security controls, overload the service, scrape private data or use Boardigo to violate a provider’s rules or applicable law.

Availability and reminders

We work to keep Boardigo available and accurate, but network outages, device settings, provider changes and maintenance can delay synchronisation or reminders. Boardigo should not be your only source for critical travel or booking information.

Suspension and deletion

We may restrict accounts involved in abuse or security threats. You may request deletion at any time from the application or the account deletion page.

Changes and mandatory rights

We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change and will publish the updated date here. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded in your country.
